Given our convenient location, spacious and comfortable accommodations, excellent service and highly acclaimed food, the room and board rates at Hendrick House can't be beat! (Note: All contracts include meal plan and are for 9 months; sales tax will be added to the food portion of the fees.)

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Please note: As indicated on the contract, Hendrick House does not send bills. We accept checks, money orders, or traveler's checks.

EXTRAS
Optional items are charged separately so students who do not wish these features are not charged for them. Optional features are paid on arrival in August. These include parking ($480 per academic year), motorbike/motorcycles parking ($120), and bicycle room key ($80). High-speed internet and basic cable service are now free! Parking spaces for cars and motorcycles are available. Indoor and outdoor parking spaces are limited and assigned according to the date the contract is finalized on a "first-come-first-serve basis."
