RESERVATION FORM
Our reservation form can be found here. Please print the form and mail it and the deposit to Hendrick House at 904 W. Green St. Urbana, IL 61801. Please submit a reservation form and deposit for each person staying with us at Hendrick House.
RATES
Room rates range from $24.00 per night for a shared room to $29.00 per night for a single room, all rooms have shared baths. Room rates are based on availability. Please contact our office with your specific reservation needs and we will be happy to give you additional rate information. Hotel/motel tax is charged on all stays less than 30 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If it is necessary for you to cancel, please contact our office. Messages may be left on our answering machine after hours: 217-365-8000.
UNIVERSITY PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchase orders must be submitted in advance of your arrival or payment is required by guest upon arrival. Stay may be guaranteed with your credit card pending receipt of purchase order. POs may be faxed to: 217-384-4701.
